Pre-register for any session. $25 deposit required (non-refundable)

Best way to be introduced into the world of Muay Thai. Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:45PM and each session is 4 weeks long ( 8 classes)

A breakdown for all beginners, new to Heart and Soul Muay Thai. You will be taught proper stance, basic punches, kicks, knees and elbows, all taught in a safe environment, by highly qualified instructors.
