Kaitlynn Jorgensen and Marlene Noel – Next Up!

On June 2nd, Kaitlynn Jorgensen and Marlene Noel will be fighting at Muay Thai-Nado #3 (https://www.facebook.com/events/1800018810305105/) in Calgary Alberta.

Training has been vigorous the past couple months and these ladies are ready to represent Team Bastian.

I started up going to Heart and Soul because they were the only gym around town with a 6 am class that fit in before work. I quickly found that it was just a great gym! The workout classes have a great intensity level, so I find they give me a ton of energy and fitness!
