CHRISTMAS 2024 HOURS

We will be CLOSED from December 21, 2024, reopening Monday, January 6, 2025. Keep an eye on our social media pages for open mat times happening through out the holidays!

 

CHRISTMAS PICNIC 2024 happening Friday, December 20th at 5:30PM. Bring a dish to share! If you wish to participate, bring a wrapped gift that will fit inside a red solo cup! (adults only, sorry kids)

I started up going to Heart and Soul because they were the only gym around town with a 6 am class that fit in before work. I quickly found that it was just a great gym! The workout classes have a great intensity level, so I find they give me a ton of energy and fitness! Even as a beginner, I also feel like I learn a lot from the instructors who are very knowledgeable and experienced in the world of Muay Thai. I have worked with lots of great teachers, and been to lots of types of gyms in various places, and I think this gym is a great community, and a great place to work out and learn martial arts!
