Return of the Younglings 2022 In-House Tournament Campbell River

Youth Muay Thai Tournament

Well, that was a day!!
As a fighter, before I would step into the ring, the question I always asked myself was, Did I do enough? As a coach, I find myself asking a similar question about my athletes, did I teach them enough?

The answer to that second question, after watching 13 of our athletes compete was YES.

The level of sportsmanship, technique, and pure heart of just wanting to win showed by all were outstanding. From our youngest, who was 5, right up to our oldest. You guys (and gals) made both Kru Chris and me very proud and we look forward to watching all of you grow within the sport.

Thank you to my team for volunteering their time to help and thank you to Sarah for these awesome photos! But thank you, parents, for trusting us with your children to help them learn and grow in a martial art that we love.

Testimonials

I started up going to Heart and Soul because they were the only gym around town with a 6 am class that fit in before work. I quickly found that it was just a great gym! The workout classes have a great intensity level, so I find they give me a ton of energy and fitness! Even as a beginner, I also feel like I learn a lot from the instructors who are very knowledgeable and experienced in the world of Muay Thai. I have worked with lots of great teachers, and been to lots of types of gyms in various places, and I think this gym is a great community, and a great place to work out and learn martial arts!
